Everyday Loans Swansea celebrates double award win – for the second consecutive year

Staff at Everyday Loans’ Swansea branch are celebrating a double whammy of wins – after scooping two prestigious national award accolades for the second year in a row.

The UK’s largest non-standard branch-based lender of unsecured loans has just retained the Non-Mainstream Loan Provider of the Year title in the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards 2021. It’s also won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award again.

Both awards are particularly significant as they’re founded on customer nominations and feedback combined with expert judging and ratification.

Daniel Nettle, Manager of Everyday Loans’ Swansea branch, said: “As a customer-centric business, branch-based relationship lending is at the very heart of what we do. Needless to say, we’re delighted to be recognised with both of these awards for the second year in a row. They’re made even more important as they’re based so heavily on feedback from our borrowers.

“I’d like to thank all of our Swansea customers – and the 76,000 others across our 74-strong branch network – who took time to vote or write a review. They always tell us how they benefit from the ongoing face-to-face meetings and support we provide, but it’s great for this to be recognised officially in this way.”
