Health Board starts vaccinating over 40s two weeks ahead of schedule
Swansea Bay University Health Board has announced that they are currently two weeks ahead of their original COVID-19 vaccination plan in Swansea and Neath Port Talbot, so have begun to start offering vaccinations to those aged 40 to 49 years old.
The Health Board has said they are starting with the oldest in this group and are progressing in descending order of age.
As with the previous age groups vaccinated, the Health Board is contacting people directly to arrange a time and date to attend one of the mass vaccination centres.
While the majority of people in groups 1 to 9 have now received their first vaccination, if you believe you have missed or previously declined an appointment and have now changed your mind, you can contact the Health Board by email, or by calling 01792 200492 or 01639 862323 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
