Man charged with robbery at Llanelli convenience store


A man has been arrested and charged with robbery following an incident at a Llanelli shop.
Police were called to Dilwyn Street on Monday morning (12 April), following a report of a robbery at PRA Late Shop. As a result of enquiries by a team of Police officers, Kieran Redhead of Clos Sant Paul was located and arrested shortly afterwards.
The 35-year-old was charged with offences of robbery, possession of a knife or blade in a public place, and possession of heroin. He appeared at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court today, where he was further remanded to prison pending a Crown Court hearing.
Another male was also arrested and has been released on police bail.
