London man with ‘Rambo knife’ charged with supplying drugs after Police raid Llanelli house

Dyfed Powys Police have charged a London man with possessing cocaine and heroin with intent to supply after Police raided a house in Zion Row, Llanelli at just after 6pm on Thursday (29 April).

Mohamed Abdinasir Mohamed was inside the property, where officers found 52 wraps of crack cocaine and heroin, along with a large quantity of cash.

A large ‘rambo’ style knife was also seized from the property.

The 20-year-old was arrested and taken into police custody for interview. He was subsequently charged with possessing class A drugs with intent to supply and was remanded in custody to appear at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court.

Detective Inspector Rhys Jones said: “We are pleased to highlight another warrant which has resulted in a significant amount of class A drugs being taken out of the supply chain in Carmarthenshire.

“We will not tolerate the use of these devastating substances in our communities, and we will continue to take action where we have information that drugs are being brought into our area.”
