Police appeal for information after man assaulted in Loughor

South Wales Police are appealing for information after a man was seriously assaulted on Castle Street in Loughor on Monday 3 May.

Detective Inspector Gareth Jones said: “Sometime between 7pm and 7.30pm on Monday 3rd May a 35 year old man was assaulted on Castle Street, Loughor.

“I would ask that anyone who noticed suspicious activity around Parc Williams, or was driving down Castle Street at the time, to contact police. We are particularly keen to hear from any motorist traveling down Castle Street between these times who may have dashcam footage they could share.”

A 35 year old man has been arrested on suspicion of assault and has been bailed pending further enquiries.
