Man charged with rape after woman assaulted outside Swansea’s Grand Theatre
South Wales Police have arrested a 36 year-old man from Enfield in London following an assault on a 34 year-old woman outside Swansea’s Grand Theatre on Thursday (11 November).
Artan Hidri has been charged with rape and remanded into custody by South Wales Police.
An area outside the Grand Theatre was cordoned off by Police for much of Friday morning following the incident.
A spokesperson forSouth Wales Police said: “enquiries are ongoing to ascertain the full circumstances of the incident”.
