Police appeal after Llanelli assault leaves man with serious injuries


Dyfed Powys Police are appealing for information over an assault that left a man requiring hospital treatment in Llanelli.
The man was assaulted outside the Met Bar, in Llanelli, at around 3am on Sunday, 8 May, when he was knocked to the floor.
He was taken to hospital where it was discovered he had suffered a bleed on the brain, as well as bruising, requiring specialist care at the Heath in Cardiff.
The victim was wearing a yellow Adidas T-shirt with a large blue ‘P’ on the back, with blue stripes on the sleeves.
Anyone with information about the attack is asked to contact Dyfed Powys Police online or on 101 or by calling Crimestoppers anonymously online or by calling 0800 555 111.
