They say buying a house is one of the most stressful things you’ll ever do.
With soaring mortgage rates and a recession looming, Swansea home buyers will confirm this is true.
In fact, new data reveals that Swansea is the number one most stressful city for buying a house in the UK, with a 45.39% stress rate.
That’s according a study by HouseholdQuotes, who used the academic TensiStrength tool to analyse geotagged tweets to find the most stressful places to buy a home in the UK.
