Fur-ever home search for lurcher Pepper
Llys Nini, Swansea’s RSPCA rehoming centre is looking for the perfect owner for lurcher Pepper.

Meet Pepper – a whippet/lurcher crossbreed – who RSPCA Llys Nini Branch are looking for a forever home or a long term experienced fosterer for.
Pepper is a friendly and loving dog with bags full of character and came into the care of the branch as she was being left tied up outside with another loose dog which was constantly pestering her.
Staff at the Penllergaer centre think this has led to her not being keen on other dogs.
Deputy centre manager Julie Fadden said: “Pepper is a truly wonderful dog and we are looking for someone special to care for her either as a fosterer or as someone who can provide her the loving permanent home she deserves.
“She is six years old and she is a very loving dog with a gentle nature. She enjoys the comfort of the indoors and loves curling up in a cwtchy blanket.
“When she arrived at the centre Pepper was very reactive around other dogs but she has shown that with the right training she is able to walk with one or two dogs if they are introduced slowly. Pepper also has an extremely high prey drive so we are looking for someone with experience and patience to help Pepper become the happy, well adjusted dog that we know she can be.
“Pepper knows her basic commands: sit, down and stay, but will need her new owner to continue further training with her.”
Pepper would prefer a quiet adult only home in a quiet location with no other dogs or cats.
If you can offer Pepper a home please contact RSPCA Llys Nini Branch.
