Victim of suspected murder at Swansea’s Orchard Street flats named
South Wales Police have named the Swansea man who was killed at his city centre Orchard Street flat over the Easter weekend.

South Wales Police have named the Swansea man who was killed at his city centre Orchard Street flat over the Easter weekend.
The 61-year-old man has been named as David Green.
South Wales Police say that David’s family is being supported by specialist trained officers and they have expressed their wishes for privacy at this time.
A 38-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder. He remains in custody at Swansea Central police station.
Detective Chief Inspector Matt Powell from the South Wales Police’s Major Crime Investigations Team, said: “I would like to thank members of the public who have already come forward to support the investigation.
“We continue to appeal for witnesses who may have been with David, seen David, or have any information as to David’s whereabouts from Wednesday 5 April to Sunday 9 April 2023, including any arrangements to meet with David that he either failed to attend or cancelled.”
South Wales Police are urging anyone with information about the incident to contact them with reference 2300112785.
