South Wales Police say that this follows a series of racially offensive and homophobic daubings at various sites across South Wales, as well a further investigation into online activities.

Police say the teen from Port Talbot, who has not been named for legal reasons, was charged with three counts of dissemination of terrorism material and two counts of possession of material likely to be of use to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.
