Smart Security Systems Can Add Value To Your Home
With England and Wales seeing over 190,000 home break-ins last year, it is no surprise that homes that can offer high security are in demand. In fact, according to Google Trends, searches for “safety rooms” have increased by over 350% in the past year.
When asked, those surveyed said they are willing to pay up to £2,500 more for a house with smart security and energy saving features.

By setting a virtual perimeter around your property, people designated on the account can be sent arming reminders if they are picked up to be leaving a predefined zone and the alarm isn’t set. Geo-fences can also be set up to work with smart plugs, so if you leave your designated zone or re-enter a zone, plugs will automatically switch off or on.
