South Wales Police are appealing for information to locate a missing 16 year-old girl from Neath.
Chantelle has not been seen since November 9th when she left her home in Neath.
She is described as 5″1 with a slim build and dark hair, which has some blonde in. She has brown eyes, a slim build and was last seen wearing black jeans and a jumper.
Police believe Chantelle may be in the Swansea or Neath Port Talbot areas.
