Swansea Bay University Health Board has said that so many people had asked to join their reserve list for COVID-19 vaccinations that they’ve set up an online application form.
Until now, the health board has managed it’s vaccination reserve lists in-house, contacting people directly who are next in line, and asking if they are available to come at short notice to use spare vaccines left over at the end of clinics.
But they’ve had so many requests from people who want to proactively join a reserve list, that they’ve launched a new online form.

The reserve list is for first doses only, but is open for ALL adults over 18 living in Swansea or Neath Port Talbot.
