Derby day hero Iestyn Hopkins is in from the start on the wing after scoring the pivotal fourth try against Scarlets in the bonus point 26-19 victory on Boxing Day.
With captain Dewi Lake rested to the bench, Jack Walsh is once again co-captain from full back, while Keelan Giles completes the back three.
An unchanged midfield sees Kieran Williams and Owen Watkin continue, whilst there is a similar story with the half-back pairing of Keiran Hardy and Dan Edwards continuing.
Ospreys have a scrum-half injury crisis with Luke Davies joining Reuben Morgan-Williams and Harri Williams on the sidelines.
Hardy is the only fit senior number nine remaining, and with no specialist scrum-half replacement available, Ospreys have chosen six forwards on the bench.
It is all change in the front row with starts for Garwyn Phillips at loosehead, co-captain Sam Parry lines up at hooker, and Tom Botha at tighthead.
Locks Rhys Davies and Ryan Smith are partnered at second row, whilst the versatile James Ratti lines up at six, Harri Deaves takes up the other flank, and Morgan Morris starts at eight.
