In the front-row, Gareth Thomas starts at loosehead, Dewi Lake lines up at hooker with Tom Botha at three.
Adam Beard’s continues in the second-row with utility man James Ratti.
Captain Jac Morgan is at six, with veteran Justin Tipuric occupying the other flank. In form Morgan Morris continues at eight.
Reuben Morgan-Williams will make his 100th appearance for the region at scrum-half and is partnered once more at half-back with exciting youngster Dan Edwards at ten. Kieran Williams and Owen Watkin continue their partnership looking after midfield duties at centre.
In the back three, fresh from his man-of-the-match performance last weekend Jack Walsh is at full-back with the wings occupied by Ryan Conbeer and Luke Morgan.
On the bench head coach Toby Booth has has changed the entire front row replacements following the loss in Newport with Ethan Lewis, Garyn Phillips and Ben Warren taking their places in the 23.

“The Stormers are a big, physical team that play a slightly different game to the other South African teams. They play positive, have good athletes and will try to stretch you by keeping the game quick.
“It’s going to be a defensive challenge for us, which is similar to what we had out there [in the away fixture last season]. The good thing is that we’ve experienced it and came away with a win in that type of game, so we’ll be looking to do that again.”
