With St David’s Day just around the corner, it’s time to start planning how to mark the day with loved ones, if you haven’t already. Morgans offer a mouthwatering selection full of traditional favourites.
With Welsh savouries including Welsh Rarebit Choux Buns, Glamorgan Sausages and Welsh pork, leek and sage sausage rolls, to name a few there is something for everyone.
Traditional sweet treats including Bara Brith, Welsh Cakes and homemade scones with Welsh clotted cream and Welsh butter are also on show to tempt those with a sweet tooth.
The menu is a true celebration of Wales – and the Morgans team say they can’t wait to welcome Swansea locals and visitors through their hotel’s doors.

Head Chef at Morgans Dylan Evans said:
“We can’t wait to serve our special Welsh Afternoon Tea this St David’s Day. We hope it will inspire a sense of hwyl in all our guests.
“We’re proud to be a Welsh business and use as many local and Welsh ingredients as possible week-in, week-out, but we’re looking forward to an entirely Welsh-themed menu this St David’s Day.”
