An appeal has been launched for help to find a woman from Swansea who has gone missing. The force say there is concern for the welfare of the young woman, named Cerys Howley who has not been seen since Friday evening. Officers are now asking the public for its help in locating the 24-year-old.
A description of the Penlan resident has been released in the hopes that it will trigger the memory of anyone who may have seen Ms Howley. Police say she was last seen wearing a black Adidas branded t-shirt and black jean shorts.
They have encouraged anyone who may have sighted her, or has any information on her whereabouts, to come forward to help with their search.
A statement from South Wales Police said:
“Help us find Cerys Howley from Penlan, Swansea, who has been reported missing and there is concern for her welfare.
“Cerys, 24, was last seen between 8pm and 9pm on Friday, June 20 wearing a black Adidas t-shirt and black jean shorts.
“Anyone with information is asked to contact South Wales Police quoting 2500197784.”
