Adam Beard will once again lead the region in the absence of Justin Tipuric and Morgan Morris.
There is an unchanged front three of Gareth Thomas at loosehead, Sam Parry lining at hooker and Tom Botha.
James Fender partners Beard at lock. James Ratti lines up at six, whilst Dewi Lake will play as a makeshift flanker. Morgan Morse starts at eight following on from his wonder try against Cardiff last week.
Luke Davies gets the start at scrum half, with Dan Edwards coming in for Owen Williams at 10. Owen Watkin keeps his partnership with George North in the centre.
In the back three, Iestyn Hopkins starts at full back, with Keelan Giles on one wing and Mat Protheroe on the other with Jack Walsh dropping to the bench.
Will Hickey returns to the bench for the first time following his injury as does Keiran Williams who has recovered from a knock.
Ospreys – who beat Benetton 43-34 in Swansea before losing 38-5 at Montpellier – are fourth and can claim a place in the last 16 if they beat Perpignan and Benetton win their Friday night game at Newcastle.
