Luke Stephenson was reported missing on Saturday 13 April after reports of a man fitting his description entering the water at the BOC Jetty in Criterion Way in Pembroke Dock.
Police have issued several appeals since then, however have until now been unable to locate the teenager, despite a huge multi-agency search operation.
A spokesperson for Dyfed Powys Police said: “Sadly we can confirm that a body has been found in the Cleddau Estuary at about 9.30am this morning, Wednesday, 1st May 2024.

“Formal identification has not yet taken place, however Luke’s family has been informed of this development.
“Our thoughts remain with the family at this difficult time.”
