The 21-year-old qualifies for Wales through his Welsh father and will bolster the Ospreys lock options next season.
Greatbanks started his career playing at CAR Riberac for nine years in France before a spell at Bordeaux Begles, later joining Soyaux Charente in the Pro D2 league in 2019.
The second-row has made ten appearances this season, with seven starts, and scored in the win over Provence Rugby last week. An individual effort built from strong athleticism showcasing the promising youngsters energy and work-rate.
Greatbanks, speaking on the move said:
