Parry will return in place of Lewis Lloyd after a hamstring problem kept the 32-year-old out of the last-16 23-15 win over Sale Sharks last weekend.
The Wales hooker takes his play in the front-row with international teammate and loose head Gareth Thomas and ever present Tom Botha.
Adam Beard partners utility man James Ratti at lock. Last weeks man-of-the match Harry Deaves slots in at six, whilst evergreen captain Justin Tipuric will be on the other flank.
Morgan Morris having scored in his last two matches is Booth’s preferred choice at eight with Morgan Morse once again having to settle for a place on the bench.
Reuben Morgan-Williams continues at scrum half, where he is partnered at half-back once again with Owen Williams at ten. Kieran Williams and Owen Watkin continue their partnership looking after midfield duties at centre.
In an unchanged back three, livewire Jack Walsh again starts at full-back with the wings occupied by Keelan Giles and Luke Morgan.
In a strong bench Max Nagy continues to build his match fitness and is joined by fly-half Dan Edwards and Morse.
Head coach Toby Booth said:
“The shed certainly will be vocal, as it always is, but we just have to focus on what we do and shut out the noise. Gloucester are always a competitive team, they have an extremely talented set of athletes that we need to be very mindful of.”
