Swansea Pride: Thousands march through Swansea city centre for annual pride parade

Thousands marched through Swansea City Centre in the sunshine today for the city’s annual pride parade.

Members of the city’s LGBTQ+ community and their allies snaked their way from Wind Street to the Guildhall in a colourful procession.

They were joined by leader of Swansea Council, Cllr Rob Stewart, Welsh Government First Minister Mark Drakeford MS and Equalities Minister Hannah Bleddyn MS who addressed the crowds at the stage in the Guildhall’s rotunda.
