The accident took place at the junction of Swansea University’s Singleton Campus around 8.50pm yesterday (Monday 9 October).
The 86-year-old driver of one of the vehicles sadly died shortly after the collision.
PS Dan Kathrens from South Wales Police said: “We are continuing to investigate the collision and we would like to speak to any person who have not yet given their details, who witnessed the collision or who were travelling in the area and have dash-cam footage to contact South Wales Police quoting reference 2300343330.
