An international cast of award-winning magicians is heading for the Patti Pavilion next month — in a show made in Swansea.
Phenomenal, created and produced by Swansea‘s Taylor Morgan, returns to the venue from Thursday 13 to Sunday 16 August, following its debut run last year.
This year’s line-up brings together performers from across the globe who, between them, have appeared on television, held residencies at London’s Magic Circle — and fooled Penn and Teller on the duo’s television show Fool Us.
Heading the bill is Nikolai Striebel, the European Champion of Magic and a World Championship medallist, whose act earned him one of magic’s most coveted bragging rights when he fooled Penn and Teller.

He is joined by Edward Hilsum, the Magic Circle’s only Triple Crown Champion, and Rebecca Foyle, whose blend of circus arts and magic has taken her to theatres, cruise ships and venues worldwide.

Swansea audiences have seen Morgan and Foyle at the venue before — the pair brought their Chasing Miracles show to the Patti in spring last year.

Morgan completes the line-up himself — the producer-performer’s atmospheric magic has taken him on tour to theatres and festivals around the world.

He said the decision to bring the show back was an easy one: “Last year’s response exceeded anything we could have hoped for. We received so many wonderful messages asking when the show would return that bringing it back simply felt like the right thing to do.”
“I’m incredibly proud that Phenomenal was created here in Swansea and that we’re able to bring together internationally acclaimed performers alongside local Welsh talent in such an iconic venue,” he added.
For Morgan, the venue itself is personal: “The Patti Pavilion has been part of Swansea’s history for generations, but it’s part of my family’s history too. My great-grandmother used to come here to dance, so producing a show in the same space feels incredibly special.”
The theatre, originally gifted to the city by the legendary opera singer Adelina Patti, has entertained generations of audiences and remains one of Swansea’s most treasured performance spaces.
The two-hour production blends visual magic, grand illusion and live variety — pitched at everyone from first-timers to lifelong magic fans.
Phenomenal runs at the Patti Pavilion from 13 to 16 August, with tickets available via Wonder Live Shows.
