Sanjit Evans, aged 25, was involved in the collision on Saturday, 3 May.
Sanjit’s fiancé has issued a statement to say: “Sanjit was the most amazing person you would ever come across, he was the happiest, grumpy at times, so full of energy couldn’t sit still for longer than five minutes, but he was amazing.
“We are all so lost without him, Saturday was the worst night of my life.
“Sanjit and I had so many plans together, we were going to get married, buy a house together and take our beautiful babies to Disneyland. Sanjit was the best father to our three children, Kingsley-Julian, Bonnie-Sue and Daisie-Jo.
“Everything he did was for our children. I will always remind them every day how amazing he was.
“Sanjit had always been a mammy’s boy and would have done anything for his mother. He loved to love, he was a good friend to everyone and would do anything for anybody.
“A tragic incident has taken such a special soul away far, far too soon, our world has been crushed, our plans and future ripped away in a second.
“May my handsome boy rest in paradise.”
