The proposals, which are still at an early pre-planning stage, are being consulted on by planning agents Asbri Planning, prior to being submitted to Swansea Council’s planning authority.
The development, on land behind number 2B Swansea Road, is adjacent to Persimmon Homes’ planned 700 home development, which includes the construction of a new Primary School.
Coastal’s development consists of two 2-bed bungalows, seven 2-bed houses and eight 3-bed houses, all of which are to have solar panels installed on their roofs.
The development is proposed to be accessed from Swansea Road close to the A484 ‘Days’ roundabout, with the construction of a new private access road adjacent to the existing property at number 2B.
The pre-planning consultation for the development is open until 11 March.
