Ahead of the JD Cymru Premier Championship Conference tie against Barry Town at Jenner Park, struggling Llanelli, who lie bottom of the table announced their decision.
Lying 13 points adrift of safety, John parts company with the Reds after a run of 11 matches without a win in the league.
John and Blain joined Llanelli in November 2021 and helped the Stebonheath Park club stabilise the first-team setup, and have been credited with the development of the playing squad and club culture.
John led the Reds to promotion to the top-tier with the JD Cymru South league title in the 2024/25 campaign, having been runners-up in both the 2022/23 and 2023/24 seasons.
The club, however, has decided to begin a managerial restructure after reaching an agreement with the duo, both leaving under mutual consent.
A statement on the clubs Social Media read:
“Everyone at Llanelli Town AFC would like to place on record sincere thanks to Lee and Dylan for their professionalism, commitment, and dedication to the club, and to wish them the very best for the future.
“The process to appoint a new first team management structure will begin immediately, and further updates will be communicated to supporters via the club’s official channels in due course.”
