Llangyfelach man jailed after drugs and cash found

A Llangyfelach man has been jailed following a series of drug-related offences.

39-year-old Paul Davies, from Llangyfelach, was arrested during a May warrant at his Llysgwyn flat, during which a quantity of cash was also found.

Davies pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply Class A, B and C drugs. He also pleaded guilty to possession of criminal property.

He has been sentenced to four years and one month in jail.

Inspector Andrew Price from South Wales Police said: “Following a thorough investigation, Paul Davies, an individual involved in moving drugs onto our streets, will now be behind bars for a number of years.

“Drugs cause endless misery within our communities, and we urge anyone who suspects illegal drug activity in their community to come forward and tell us what they know.”
