A product of Banwen RFC and the Ospreys development pathway, 23-year-old Scully has previously made three appearances for Wales under-20s. Scully also spent time at the Worcester Warriors before returning to Wales where he spent two years at Cardiff Rugby before returning in 2022 to feature for the Ospreys feeder side Swansea.
The fly half/centre made his debut for the team against away to the Vodacom Bulls in the 22/23 season and has made eight appearances for the Ospreys in total.

Speaking on the deal Toby Booth, head coach at the Ospreys, said:
“Scully has made a lot of progress on the pitch this season. I feel we are starting to see him understand the intricacies of the roles we ask him to deliver on. He also provides a lot of added value through his character and professionalism, which are vital in a long season and tight group.”
On signing the new deal, Scully shared his enthusiasm: “It’s great to commit my future to my home club. I’ve grown a lot as a player here, and I’m looking forward to what the future holds.
“There’s a great environment at the Ospreys, everyone is pushing each other to be the best they can be and I’m enjoying my time here.”
