The incident reportedly took place some time between 10am and 10.30am on Friday (1 December).
Dyfed Powys Police say a man in a black Land Rover stopped at the roundabout, exited the vehicle, then verbally and physically assaulted a woman in a red Ford Kuga.
A spokesperson for Dyfed Powys Police said: “We are investigating an incident which occurred sometime between 10am and 10.30am on Friday, 1st December 2023, on the Pont Abraham roundabout in the westbound lane.
“A report has been received that a man, in a black Land Rover, exited his vehicle while it was stopped at the roundabout, and physically assaulted and verbally abused a woman who was in the vehicle behind, a red Ford Kuga.
“Anyone with information that could help officers with their investigation is asked to report it to Dyfed-Powys Police.”
