Police investigation after Llanelli man dies in eScooter accident

Dyfed Powys Police are appealing for information after an incident in the early hours of Thursday morning (5 August) where a 56 year-old man fell off the eScooter he was riding.

The incident happened in a lane behind Sunninghill Terrace near the Farm Foods store in Llanelli. No other vehicles were involved.

Despite medical attention at the scene, the man later died as a result of his injuries.

HM Coroner has been informed. Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone who has CCTV from the Farmfoods, Bryntirion area of Swansea Road at around 1.15am on Thursday (5 August) to get in touch.
