45 year-old Jason Quinn from Morriston was last seen on Friday 21 January as he left for work in the morning.
He did not attend work and has not been seen since.
Jason is described as approximately 5ft 8in tall, slim with a shaved head.
He was possibly wearing blue jeans, camel coloured boots, a black and grey hooded top and a green jacket.
