Veterans, serving personnel and cadets can ride First Cymru buses for free to Remembrance events on Sunday 8 November and Armistice Day on Wednesday 11 November.
All they need to do is show the driver an Armed Forces ID card, or wear their medals or uniform, the company says.
The offer covers the whole First Bus fleet of 5,700 buses across the UK. In south west Wales that means every First Cymru service from Swansea to Carmarthen and Llanelli.
Drivers will also be allowed to pull over at 11am on both days for the two-minute silence, where it is safe to do so.
Where the buses are heading
In Swansea the Cenotaph service starts at 10.30am on Remembrance Sunday. The parade leaves Lower Oxford Street at 1.30pm for Swansea Minster.
Every Remembrance date and time in Swansea is here, from the Festival of Remembrance at the Brangwyn Hall to Poppies to Paddington at the railway station.
On Armistice Day the council’s Swansea Remembers event is in Paxton Street at 10.30am, with the Two Minute Silence at the Cenotaph at 11am.

“Always a poignant time of the year”
Rob Pymm, First Bus’s director of customer proposition, said many colleagues had served or had family in the forces.
He said: “We hope free travel on our services will make it as easy as possible for as many veterans, serving personnel and cadets to attend Remembrance services and events in their region.”
He added: “The patience of customers in helping our drivers to pay their respects is much appreciated.”
First Bus has also joined the Heroes Network, a new Help for Heroes scheme giving ex-military staff access to specialist advice as they build careers with the operator. It says it is among the first businesses in the country to sign up.
The company ran the same offer last year. First Cymru has done so since at least 2021.
