A six-storey residential apartment building could be coming to a former e-Golf shop on High Street in Swansea City Centre.
The proposals by South Wales-based Karim Developments at 22-23 High Street also include an extension of the building to front onto Orchard Street to the rear of the plot.
Sixteen one and two bedroom apartments for the site are proposed in total.
The Orchard Street frontage, which is currently an unbuilt portion of the site, would include a commercial premises on the ground floor with residential apartments above.
On High Street, the existing commercial premises that formerly housed the e-Golf shop would be refurbished, with residential apartments above including an additional upwards extension.
A roof garden is proposed on the first floor of the middle portion of the building, between the two frontage towers. A planted green roof and façade is also proposed for the High Street frontage.
The proposal is currently open for a pre-application consultation with planning agents Asbri Planning. A full planning application to Swansea Council will follow after the consultation has been completed.
