I'd stick with Image 1 as featured (it's the actual discovery) and this is a nice-to-have. Image 2 — the BEFORE/AFTER triptych with the colour-scale card. Honestly the weakest for publication: the IFRAO colour-reference scale and "BEFORE/AFTER" labels make it look like a lab plate rather than a news image. I'd skip it in favour of Image 1, which carries the same "enhanced reveal" point more cleanly. (Same Nash credit if you do use it.) So my suggested running order: Image 1 featured, Image 4 mid-piece (the re-examination), Image 5 lower down (the cliff setting) — three images, all Credit: Professor George Nash, with Image 3 (National Trust Images / James Dobson) as an optional fourth scene-setter. Two notes: Watch the credits don't get crossed — the three cave images are Professor George Nash; the scenic peninsula shot is National Trust Images / James Dobson. Easy to mix up since they're in the same folder. Per the release, these are licensed for use with this story only — so they shouldn't be reused on unrelated future pieces.
