Live demo on Friday

From 11am to 12.30pm on Friday, October 10, the former executive chef of London’s renowned St John restaurant will take to the market floor for a series of free demonstrations.

Using fresh produce sourced directly from market traders, Woolway will prepare dishes designed to highlight the quality and variety of ingredients available in the heart of Swansea.

From St John to SA1

After years at one of London’s most respected dining destinations, Woolway has recently returned to Swansea to open his own restaurant, The Shed in SA1.
