Eurovision star Sam Ryder to play Swansea’s Singleton Park
Eurovision and TikiTok sensation, Sam Ryder has been announced to play an open-air gig at Swansea’s Singleton Park.

In a post on social media, promoters Escape Records said: “We’re thrilled to announce that we will be ‘Spaceman’ super star, Sam Ryder to Singleton Park, Swansea on Friday the 18th of August!”
“Priority Access Tickets go on sale on Thursday 9th March at 10am! Any remaining tickets will go on sale on Friday 10th March at 10am.”
Sam shot to fame on social media platform TikTok and currently has over 14 million followers on the platform, where he showcases his unique vocal style.
A big fan of Eurovision, Sam represented the UK in 2022, narrowly loosing out to Ukraine in the final – the UK’s best result since 1998 and its first top three since 2002.
His hit song Spaceman, a fan favourite to win Eurovision before the contest, has been streamed over 45 million times on Spotify.
Eurovision winners Ukraine were unable to host this year’s event due to Russia’s invasion of the country. As runners-up the UK were insead chosen to host, with the competition taking place in Liverpool.
Liverpool Arena will host two semi final Eurovision competitions on 9 and 11 of May, with the Grand Final taking place on 13 May.
