Due to popular demand the housebuilder is opening a temporary sales office at Ffos Las Racecourse to allow purchasers to reserve their stunning new Dandara home off- plan, ahead of the showhome launch this summer.

Purchaser’s reserving a new Dandara home on or before 31 March 2023 will receive £2,000 TUI Holiday voucher upon legal completion of their beautiful new home.

Located adjacent to the racecourse and with commanding views across Carmathen Bay, the house builder says its new development will offer a variety of 141 new two, three, and four-bedroom homes. Ideal for those who love the countryside, Golwg Gwendraeth provides woodland walks with Coed Ffos Las just around the corner.

Tracey Gallacher-Thresh, Sales and Marketing Director at Dandara Wales & West commented: “We have had a lot of interest from buyers in the new development and we didn’t want to wait any longer to showcase Golwg Gwendraeth’s beautiful location surrounded by the Carmarthenshire countryside.

“The racecourse seemed the ideal choice for a temporary sales office – it’s perfectly located with easy access and designated parking for our visitors. Whether visitors are booking an appointment or just dropping in, all are welcome.”
