Specialist police officers have been searching for him since he was reported missing and now want to speak to a woman who may have information which could help them find Vivian.

It is believed that sometime between 5.30pm and 6pm yesterday evening (Monday 22nd May), an elderly man was found to have fallen over on the cycle path from Cwmavon that leads to Pontrhydyfen – it’s the path between Piggery Bridge and the Gorad Bridge. We understand that the man who had fallen was helped by an unknown woman.

Inspector Mike Lewis from South Wales Police said: “I would ask this woman to contact us as she may have information which could prove helpful to our enquiries.
