Llanelli man charged with manslaughter after death of 22-year old
More than a year after Liam Rhys Morgan-Whittle died suddenly a man has been charged.
Jason Thomas, 39, from Llanelli, has been charged with manslaughter and will appear at Llanelli Magistrates Court on Thursday, 30th May 2024.
Police were called to a property in Robinson Street on 25 March last year, after concerns were raised for a man’s welfare.
Mr Morgan-Whittle died after being taken to hospital, Police said.
In a statement from Dyfed-Powys Police at the time, Liam’s family described him as a ‘wonderful young man’.
The tribute from his family said: “As a family we are devastated by the loss of Liam. He was a wonderful young man who will be sadly missed by all that knew him.”
