Scottish international Craig has recovered from a hamstring issue to take his place in the second row, while behind the scrum Lloyd replaces fellow Wales international Sam Costelow at outside-half.
In the pack, the front row of Welsh international trio Kemsley Mathias, skipper Ryan Elias and Harri O’Connor get the nod to start for the second week in a row.
Craig partners Morgan Jones in the second-row, whilst the flanks are covered by Taine Plumtree and Dan Davis. Carwyn Tuipulotu completes the back-row at number eight.
The back three sees Ioan Nicholas at full-back, whilst speedster Tomi Lewis in joined with Ryan Conbeer on the wing.
Johnny Williams again partners Eddie James in midfield, while Lloyd links up with veteran Gareth Davies at half-back.
On the bench, Wales Under-20s centre Macs Page – part of Llandovery’s Indigo Premiership title-winning side last weekend – is set to make his URC debut.
