Morgans Hotel brings Spain to Swansea for one night only on Thursday 23rd April.

The luxury Swansea hotel has partnered with a leading wine merchant to bring Spain to Swansea next Thursday, 23rd April.

The event will be held in the hotel’s stunning Banqueting Hall and is suitable for couples and groups of friends alike. Guests can come for the dinner only, or can take advantage of a special offer for Dinner, Bed & Breakfast.

The Taste of Spain dinner will begin with ‘Salmorejo,’ a traditional chilled tomato soup garnished with boiled egg and Spanish ham, before a Tortilla Española (baked Spanish omelette with onions, potatoes and olive oil).

Next up, guests will be treated to Chorizo croquetas and garlic aioli, a traditional Spanish tapas dish of chorizo set in creamy béchamel, deep-fried until golden and crispy, and served with garlic aioli dip, before paella de marisco, a seafood paella with a wide range of seafood and rice cooked in saffron.

For dessert, guests will be treated to torrijas, a tasty Spanish dessert of bread soaked in sweetened milk and pan-friend with cinnamon, orange and lemon.

The five-course dinner with wine pairings is £49.95pp, or you can book a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast Package from £248.90 per couple (Morgans Townhouse or The Georgian Swansea) or £266.40 per couple for Morgans Hotel (main building).
