As well as providing a minimum of three days’ worth of balanced meals to people in the community, Neath Foodbank works with several agencies in the area to offer housing advice and emotional support.

The donation from Amazon will go towards feeding over 3,000 people who use the charity’s services.

Dan Boulger, Site Leader at Amazon in Swansea, said: “Neath Foodbank is a wonderful charity and we’re pleased to make this donation. The staff and volunteers work endlessly to support as many families as possible and their efforts have not gone unnoticed. We hope that with this donation, they can continue to be a source of strength to the community.”

Foodbanks have become essential to many families this year, and we can’t do what we do without the continued support of the local community. Donations like this make a huge impact to our work.”
