Police appeal after man allegedly attacked with ‘crow bar’ on Swansea’s Kingsway

South Wales Police are appealing for information after a 49 year-old man was found with a head injury close to the Potter’s Wheel pub on Swansea’s Kingsway.

The incident is reported to have taken place around 5.30am on Sunday (10 July).

In an online statement South Wales Police said that “witnesses have described seeing a man being assaulted outside the nearby YMCA.

“We are trying to trace two men who were in the area at the time.

“They are described as aged 30 to 35. One of them was carrying, what has been described as, a crow bar.

“They walked in the direction of Page Street.

“Anyone with information is asked to contact us quoting *229997.”
