Heather was lucky enough to experience the Galaxy International Pageant back in 2015 when she was crowned Miss Galaxy Wales and has dreamt of another chance at the Galaxy crown since then.
Despite being involved in pageants for 12 years, this is Heather’s fourth attempt at the UK Galaxy crown, after placing runner-up last year. The Port Talbot born 30-year-old landed the grand prize this year proving you should never give up on your dreams.

Commenting on her success Heather said:
“Winning Ms Galaxy UK meant more to me than meets the eye.
“I’ve competed for this title 4 times and have never quite got the win, but this year I proved to everyone that you should never give up on something you really want, and that hard work and determination will always pay off!
“I come from a tiny village in south Wales, so to represent the whole of the UK is a real honour and I’m excited to travel to Florida and join like-minded women from around the world at the International Galaxy Pageant this August.
“Most importantly, I’m looking forward to using this platform to make a difference and showcase the hard word that we as a pageant community can do.”
Away from pageantry, Heather works as a community & corporate fundraiser for a UK charity whilst also runs a small business capturing behind the scenes content at weddings.
When she’s not working, Heather’s favourite thing to do is go on holiday – usually to Disneyland or Universal Studios in Florida, and her ultimate dream is to be in a Sherri Hill runway show.
The UK Galaxy Pageant is one of the largest pageants in the UK, and the winners win a trip of a lifetime to America to compete at the Galaxy International Pageants.
Heather will be heading to Orlando, Florida this August as the UK representative for the Ms division and will compete against other divisional winners from all over the World for the Ms Galaxy international title.
Along with the crown and national title, she has taken home an amazing prize package including an ultimate queen’s retreat in a glamourous hotel away with her sister queens, a £350 voucher to spend at The Dress Studio, and of course an all-expenses paid trip to Florida.
Good luck Heather!
