Gower College Swansea says every one of its A level students passed this year, its second consecutive 100% pass rate.
The college said 14% of its students achieved A* grades, up from 12% last year, with 39% achieving A* or A, comfortably above the Wales figure of 29.6%.
152 students achieved A* or A grades in every one of their subjects, according to the college, with 67% of grades at A* to B and 87% at A* to C.
At AS level, the college reported a 94% pass rate, with 70% of grades at A to C.
Almost half of AS grades, 49%, were at A or B, the college said.
Its vocational students recorded a 99% pass rate on two-year Level 3 programmes, the college said.
38% achieved at least one Distinction, with 22% achieving the top grade available.
Principal Paul Kift said the results reflected “the remarkable hard work, determination and ambition of our learners, and they should feel immensely proud of everything they have achieved”.
He said the college was particularly pleased with “another increase in those top grades of A* and A*-A, which demonstrates once again our drive for academic excellence”, and that many students were progressing to top UK institutions and conservatoires, as well as competitive higher apprenticeships.
Chief executive officer Kelly Fountain congratulated students and thanked staff who she said were “tireless in their support of our learners both in and outside of the classroom”.
For students whose results were not what they needed, she said: “Please don’t worry, we are here to help. Come and talk to us; we have dedicated staff to provide personalised advice and guidance for learners.”
She said the college offered pathways from higher education courses to apprenticeships and employability support “to ensure that every student has access to the opportunities that best suit their goals”.
The Lord Mayor of Swansea, Penny Matthews, congratulated A level students across Swansea, saying their success reflected “their hard work, determination and commitment throughout their studies”.
“I wish all our young people every success for the future with whatever they are doing next,” she said.
Across Wales, 97.7% of A level students achieved A* to E this year, up on 2025, with the proportion of top grades rising for the third year running.
