Thames Valley Police is appealing for the public’s help in tracing a missing 16-year-old girl who has been reported missing from Witney.
Courtney Lancaster was last seen at 6.50pm on Friday (8 October) at an address in the town and concern is growing for her welfare.
Courtney is a white girl, around 5ft 2ins tall with a stocky build.
She currently has pink hair which is tied up on top of her head, although the image Police have provided does not show this hair colour.
Courtney is also known to frequent Oxford and Iffley Village and is known to like water and water fountains.
It is believed that Courtney may be in Swindon or Neath, South Wales, and could have also been in Faringdon in recent days.
It is possible she could be using the train network.
Investigating officer PC Cameron Morgan, based at Witney police station, said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for Courtney’s welfare, and I would appeal to anybody who knows of her whereabouts to please get in touch with police.
“You can do so by calling 101, quoting reference number 43210454280.
“I would also appeal directly to Courtney, if you see this message. Please get in touch with the police. You are not in any trouble, but we are concerned for you and want to know that you are safe.”
