Mark Jones’ side are missing Wales prop Gareth Thomas, but forward Moriarty starts after sitting out the 26-10 home defeat against Munster.
Dewi Lake again captain’s the side in the absence of Jac Morgan, he lines up in the front row with Steff Thomas at loosehead, and Rhys Henry who celebrates his 50th cap for the Ospreys this weekend.
In the second-row, Huw Sutton lines up with Kiwi Ryan Smith. James Ratti occupies one flank at six with Harri Deaves takes up the other with Moriarty replacing Morgan Morris at eight.
Kieran Hardy is the preferred partner to face off against his former club at half-back with Dan Edwards, whilst Keiran Williams comes back into midfield with Owen Watkin.
After missing the Brewery Field loss, Jack Walsh comes back in at full back, with Keelan Giles occupying one wing and former Scarlet Ryan Conbeer starting on the other.
Speaking ahead of the game, head coach Mark Jones said:
“We picked up a few bumps on the weekend, but most of the guys have pulled through.
“Gareth Thomas was a question mark and has been struggling.
“We are not going to complain about that; we got the guys available and will work with them to make sure the teams prepared the best they can be for what is a difficult game away from home.
“Ross [Moriarty] has played a really big part in our game so far and has been a big influence. He will represent the shirt well, as he has all season.
“He is in good shape. We chose to give him a break last weekend because he was a bit banged up, having played a lot of minutes for us over the course of the season.
“But he has benefited from the downtime and has been flying around the field a couple of hours ago.”
