A third man has been arrested after Friday’s firearms incident on the A48 Clase Road in Morriston.
The 29-year-old, from Swansea, was arrested on Saturday morning on suspicion of affray and possessing an offensive weapon, South Wales Police said. He remains in custody.
Detectives now believe those involved are likely to know one another. The force says it is not aware of any wider threat to the public.

The first two arrests came within hours of the incident, which police say happened at about 4.15pm on Friday 6 November.
A 41-year-old man from Llansamlet was held on suspicion of possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life. A 16-year-old boy, also from Llansamlet, was arrested on suspicion of affray.
Both remain in custody while enquiries continue, the force said.
Police say the injuries of a person who went to officers after the incident now appear to be unrelated, and that they are not aware of any injuries connected to it.
Major Crime Investigation Team appeals for dashcam, CCTV and phone footage
Detectives from the force’s Major Crime Investigation Team are leading the investigation.
Chief Superintendent Stephen Jones said: “Our investigation which involves teams of detectives and specialist staff continues and significant enquiries have been carried out since the incident occurred on Friday evening.”
On those involved, he said: “While enquiries remain ongoing, we believe the individuals involved are likely to be known to one another. Incidents such as this are rare but we appreciate they cause significant concern within local communities.”
Officers will stay in the area. Ch Supt Jones said: “A visible policing presence will remain in the area as officers continue their enquiries and provide reassurance to local residents.”
The force has again asked people not to share unverified information on social media, and to rely on official and trusted sources.
Ch Supt Jones said: “I would like to urge anyone who does have information to make contact.”
Anyone who saw what happened, or has dashcam, CCTV or mobile phone footage, is asked to contact South Wales Police through its Major Incident Public Portal. Information can also be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
